Ovation is the annual celebration of Asian Pacific American heritage and accomplishments hosted by the
Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce.

2024 GAACC Business Awards

Each year during the Ovation gala, the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce recognizes outstanding enterprises and individuals from our Central Texas community. These awards signify excellence in business, community engagement, and cultural visibility.

Recognitions are awarded in four categories:

It’s time to Awaken the Dragon!

In Chinese astrology, 2024 is the Year of the Dragon, said to be a time of growth, innovation, and abundance. Well, so far, this year has been economically challenging for many, but the Greater Austin region remains growing, innovative and abundantly resilient. 2024 is really living up to its name for the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce. Our commitment to serving our members, energizing and connecting our community, and building our networks has never been stronger. We take great pride in the work we do in growing Austin's connections to Asia, but it’s our passion for regional community building that fuels us every day.

With major Asia-based players continuing to build their presence in Central Texas, the Asian community and our region’s economy continue to diversify and grow. GAACC remains a strong voice in the region and we are dedicated to activating, energizing, and supporting this growth and - importantly - helping to ensure that prosperity is shared and that opportunities extend to local and smaller businesses throughout the region.
